Training Room A/V Solution

In 2024, I headed up a six-figure project to revamp the A/V system for two large meeting rooms used for equipment training and 250+ attendee meetings. The main challenge I have overcome is the ability to split and combine said rooms using a touch panel for ease of use and setup.

Crowdstrike Incident Response

In July 2024, CrowdStrike distributed a faulty update to its Falcon Sensor security software. The update led to BSOD on affected machines. With the assistance of our System Administrator, I was able to restore services for a medium-sized company within 3 hours.

IDP Integration

As part of my responsibilities as a System Administrator at Varent LLC, I set up automatic user provisioning and SSO support via Microsoft Entra ID. This enables us to provision a user with all accounts needed for their role using a single source of truth, significantly cutting down on time spent and effort used.
